Landmark has many different construction specialties to their name, leisure and holiday parks are just one of many. Since landmark was first formed we have been working alongside both small and large scale leisure industry companies who have wanted to expand the businesses. All of Landmark's work is carried out to the highest of standards by competent and well experienced employees who constantly aim to improve to keep up this high standard.

There are many different development aspects within a leisure park expansion that need to be considered, in order to increase the amount of customers within the complex, all surrounding facilities and services must be able to meet this level of capacity. Landmark can provide all aspects of construction, alteration and demolition.

Landmark can carry out all aspects of roadways, including removal, refurbishment and re-instatement of existing routes. New roadways can be constructed using various materials and methods from concrtete roadways, tarmacked roads and block paved roads. All pathways follow the same basis with most materials available.

One of the main areas of development within caravan parks is the increase of static caravan basis, these bases are a quick and easy method proved by our skilled workers. The bases which can come in various sizes from a standard single (3.2m x 11m), double (6.4m x 11m) to any bespoke design.

Landmark can provide all services throughout the site including water, electricity, gas and all drainage aspect. Drainage is one of the leisure parks main problems, sites sitting on reclaimed farmland are being flooded by heavy rainfall and bad winter conditions. We can offer solutions such as installing channelled systems to direct the excess water from the caravan site areas in to man made water retainers such as resesvoirs, lakes or into nearby water courses to avoid flooding.

Landmark specialiise in groundworks and civil engineering, any buildings or facilities that may be required by the site can be carried out by Landmark. We can provide the services up to DPC or to roof height. We are also able to work with live water and sewer projects as we a authority approved contractors. We also hold Street Works and 106 Agreements certification allowing us to carry out operations within the carriageway.

Landmark can also provide the skills and the knowledge for the construction of swimming pools, starting with the mass excavation at the beginning all the way through to the end. We can also construct fishing ponds and lakes, as well as all types of hard and soft landscaping including turfing.
